Tee off for Charity at the 13th Annual Mix LA Open

You and your company are cordially invited to participate in the 13th Annual Mix L.A. Open.

The Mix L.A. Open is a "Best Ball" tournament with a shotgun start. Individuals or companies may sponsor a hole or contest at the tournament. Sponsorships are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve your sponsorship now: download this form and mail or fax it to us. Proceeds will benefit hearing health and audio education programs, including the House Ear Institute's Sound Partners program and L.A-based Sound Art.

Hosted by Honorary Chairman Ed Cherney, registration and a continental breakfast begin at 8 a.m., with the shotgun start at 10 a.m. The awards dinner and silent auction are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Promising to be bigger and better than ever, the Mix L.A. Open is perfect for golfers of all levels.
